Arisaig is about 35 miles west of Fort William and 7 miles south of Mallaig. Mallaig is a popular route with its Ferry Terminal providing several routes to the Scottish Islands, including Skye. The famous Jacobite Steam Train, popularly known as the "Harry Potter train." Passes through this region and adds to the beauty of this part of the Highlands.
