The Isle of Mull, one of Scotland's Inner Hebrides islands. A breathtaking destination perfect for a quick day trip from Oban or an extended stay. From the picturesque town of Tobermory, famous for its colourful houses, beautiful scenery and wildlife.

With miles of stunning coastline brimming with fascinating wildlife, Mull has a lot to offer. One of Mull's most significant draws is its incredible wildlife. With the Island being a sanctuary for some of Scotland's rarest species. Mull has many historic ruins, such as Duart Castle, home to the MacLean family. Beautiful beaches, and endless opportunities to marvel at Scotland's abundant beauty. Mull is a fantastic island to visit.

Mull has a range of accommodation options around the Island and can be a great base from which to head to Iona to discover Iona Abbey or to see the Isle of Staffa.

Getting to Mull can be done from Oban, with the CalMac Ferry leaving Oban Bay and sailing for Craignure on the Isle of Mull, a crossing that takes 45 minutes. McCaig's Tower in Oban is a stunning vantage point from which to watch the boats come and go from the Ferry Terminal. For up-to-date information on how to book and ferry times, visit the CalMac Website.

Lochaline to Fishnish on the Isle of Mull is the other ferry crossing to access the Island. A shorter ferry crossing that takes around 20 minutes. Those coming from Fort William or the Ardnamurchan Peninsula often use this crossing.
