Kilmarnock, located in East Ayrshire, was the original home to one of the most recognised Whisky brands in the world, Johnnie Walker.

Kilmarnock offers great road and rail links to Glasgow and other parts of Ayrshire. Kilmarnock has many visitor attractions to make sure you have a great day out. The Dick Institute is located close to the town centre and is home to a museum, gallery, and library. The stunning Kay Park is home to the Burns Monument Centre and the largest Burns Monument in Scotland.

Our favourite attraction in Kilmarnock is the wonderful Dean Castle and Country Park, a free day out for the family. Collect a map from the visitor centre and enjoy discovering this wonderful Country Park.
